1. Canadian Patient Safety Week
October 31, 2011 – November 4, 2011
ASK. LISTEN. TALK.
In an effort to bring the latest in patient safety and quality improvement best practices to healthcare organizations that are increasingly feeling the pinch of travel bans and budgetary restraint, the Canadian Patient Safety Institute is proud to host Canada’s Virtual Forum on Patient Safety and Quality Improvement.
Held in conjunction with Canadian Patient Safety Week, this year’s forum is going virtual in order to reach out to as many people as possible. Every day we’ll shine the spotlight on a new patient safety theme with approximately three-and-a-half hours of content and presentations from a broad spectrum of experts eager to share their experiences with you and help your patient safety and quality initiatives grow.

Put the spotlight on patient safety issues, share information about best practices, and grow your patient safety and quality initiatives during Canadian Patient Safety Week.

2. Canadian Diabetes
The Professional Relations Committee of MSP would like to inform you of an upcoming event hosted by the Canadian Diabetes Association. Please invite any patients that you feel may benefit from this event.
